Our paddlers are a mix of male and female experienced paddlers and SUP beginners, young guns and grandmas, super-fit and the not-so-fit. If you find yourself somewhere in that range, then this is the workout for you!
SUP FIT sessions are custom–fit to match your needs. Whether you have very limited physical exercise or work out daily, you will find SUP FIT matches your level of fitness and leaves you feeling energized, toned, and excited for the next session of SUP FIT.
